Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle servicing while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements
- Accurately record customer concerns and prepare job cards
- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
- Keep customers updated on service progress and additional work required
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion
- Explain completed work and billing details to customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to satisfaction
- Promote value-added services, AMC packages, and genuine parts
- Maintain service records and follow dealership processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 0-1years of experience in automobile service (freshers may be considered)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers (Honda preferred)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, service management systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
