Service Crew – Café
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately using POS system
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers
- Serve food & beverages as per service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas
- Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
- Handle billing and payments accurately
- Support team members during peak hours
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Prior café / F&B experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Able work on rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
