Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Eligibility
MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or General Management) or B.Tech graduates.
Final-year MBA students or recent graduates may apply.
Minimum 50% academic marks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for sales and business development.
Willingness to work in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify business leads across residential communities, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
Promote and sell SaaS subscriptions and technology solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Build relationships with housing societies, developers, and enterprise customers.
Drive business closures and revenue generation.
Identify opportunities in CCTV, security systems, parking automation, access control, and digital advertising.
Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports.
Collaborate with leadership on market expansion initiatives.
Learning Opportunities
Work directly with the Founder & CEO.
Gain exposure to startup operations and business scaling.
Learn enterprise SaaS sales and solution selling.
Participate in strategic business planning.
Receive mentorship from leadership.
Develop expertise in B2B, B2C, and institutional sales.
Requirements
Personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Working Schedule
Six-day rotational work week.
Sunday is a working day.
One weekday off based on business requirements.
Compensation & Career Growth
Training Stipend: ₹10,000-15,000/month (performance-based)
Post-Confirmation Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month plus incentives.
