Job Description
We are looking for a Tele caller with good communication skills to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, and provide information about our products/services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Record call details and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
