Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
- Solve problems and address any issues that arise during construction
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in executing works as per plan and design.
