Job Summary
An HR Executive is responsible for managing employee-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire employees by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.

Educational Qualifications

- HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years: HR Executive/HR Assistant roles.
- 3+ years: Senior HR Executive or HR Generalist roles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
