About the Role
Orion eSolutions is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who has a strong background in IT Services as well as Product Sales. The ideal candidate should have experience working with international clients (especially US/Europe markets) and must be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT Services and IT Products.
- Identify, qualify, and convert international leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Email campaigns, and Cold Calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored service or product solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Proven experience in selling IT services and software products.
- Strong experience with international markets (US, UK, Europe).
- Expertise in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-value deals and long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Experience in SaaS or product-based sales will be a strong advantage.
- Self-driven professional with strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹501,152.89 - ₹1,012,060.70 per year
