Job description
A call center representative, or Customer support executives, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they need to raise a ticket to the concern team. Their duties include handling inbound calls too and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
