We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Field Nurses to provide healthcare support through home visits and community-based care services.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse with basic clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field, including visiting clients at their homes.
- Ability to conduct basic health assessments and monitor the overall health status of clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable traveling independently for client visits.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and report observations to the clinical team.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach to care.
Experience:
- Prior experience is not mandatory.
- Freshers with the required nursing qualification and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits.
- Assess and monitor clients' health conditions and report findings to the Nurse Manager or clinical team.
- Assist clients with routine healthcare needs as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of visits, assessments, and observations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, comfortable working independently in the field, and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to clients in their homes.
Pay: ₹25,377.27 - ₹55,559.11 per month
