About the Role
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Mathematics, Science, Social Science (SST), and English to join our academic team. The role involves developing high-quality academic content, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting innovative educational programs for students from Classes 6th–12th across CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE curricula.
This is an excellent opportunity for educators, academic professionals, and subject specialists who are enthusiastic about transforming learning beyond traditional classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop subject-specific academic content, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and practice material.
- Design concept-based and application-oriented questions aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE standards.
- Create engaging learning resources including presentations, activities, case studies, and experiments (where applicable).
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment of all academic material.
- Work closely with the academic and content development teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Support students through doubt-solving sessions, academic mentoring, and concept clarification.
- Contribute to Olympiad/Foundation/JEE/NEET level enrichment content wherever required.
- Stay updated with latest curriculum changes and educational trends.
Subject-Specific RequirementsMathematics SME
- Strong command over Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, and Higher Mathematics.
- Ability to create problem-solving and competitive-level content.
Science SME
(Physics / Chemistry / Biology / General Science)
- Strong conceptual understanding and practical application-based teaching approach.
- Ability to create experiment-based and analytical learning material.
SST SME
- Expertise in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics.
- Ability to simplify theoretical concepts through real-world examples and case studies.
English SME
- Strong command over Grammar, Literature, Writing Skills, and Communication.
- Ability to create engaging comprehension, vocabulary, and creative writing content.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Prior teaching/content development experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of CBSE, ICSE, and/or IGCSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for student-centric and innovative learning methods.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and enthusiasm may also apply.
