Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Sales professional to expand our footprint across hospitality and institutional accounts. The role focuses on selling hygiene products, kitchen equipment, and operational hardware directly to procurement teams, purchase heads, operations leaders, and decision-makers, covering end-to-end sales—from lead generation to pricing negotiations, onboarding, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new B2B customer acquisition across hospitality groups, hotels, restaurant chains, corporate facilities, retail, and institutions.
- Pitch product offerings including sustainable hygiene solutions, kitchen equipment, and operational hardware to procurement heads, purchase managers, operations heads, and CXOs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, demos, product specs, pricing sheets, and tender responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and volume pricing for long-term supply agreements.
- Coordinate with internal procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams for timely delivery & fulfilment.
- Ensure high customer retention through relationship management and account servicing.
- Track competitor pricing, product specifications, and industry demand patterns.
- Maintain CRM entries, pipeline reporting, and monthly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B / Institutional or Procurement-led Sales.
- Experience selling to hospitality, retail chains, corporates, or institutional procurement teams (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in selling kitchen equipment, operating supplies, hardware, or facility management products (added requirement).
- Ability to draft quotations, manage pricing negotiations, vendor onboarding, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and commercial documentation.
Preferred Background
o Kitchen equipment & commercial appliances
o Operational hardware (fixtures, utilities, machine parts)
o Hygiene consumables, OS&E, facility supplies, packaging
- Understanding of supply chain operations, vendor management, and inventory cycles.
