We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive individual who can help us automate day-to-day business processes, manage company data, develop basic AI-based automation solutions, and support the digital marketing of our industrial automation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive company tasks using Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macros, AI tools and no-code platforms
- Maintain and improve company databases, Excel sheets and reporting systems
- Develop basic internal automation solutions for:
- Purchase tracking
- Vendor management
- Customer/lead management
- Project tracking
- Quotation and report generation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. to improve company workflows
- Create simple automation workflows using Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar platforms
- Assist in building dashboards and management reports
- Manage and update company data accurately
- Handle LinkedIn, Google Business and website content
- Create posts, machine/product descriptions, case studies and basic marketing material
- Support SEO and digital lead generation
- Research potential customers and industries for our automation solutions
- Track digital marketing performance and enquiries
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Power Query, Pivot Tables and formulas
- Basic VBA/Macros
- Google Sheets
- AI tools and prompt engineering
- Basic Python knowledge is an advantage
- Basic SQL/database understanding is preferred
- Power Automate / n8n / Zapier / Make
- Canva
- LinkedIn Marketing
- Basic WordPress
- Basic SEO & Google Analytics
- Good written English and communication skills
Preferred Qualification
BCA / MCA / B.Tech CSE / B.Sc IT / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
Freshers with strong practical skills and an interest in AI and automation are encouraged to apply.
