Hiring: Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Lead – Retail Sales to manage showroom sales operations and lead the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling customer escalations, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve team performance
- Handle walk-in customers and support sales conversions
- Train team members on product knowledge and customer handling
- Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery and documentation
- Maintain showroom standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of retail/showroom sales experience
- Team handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
