Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Rigger to join our team in Sanand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in rigging operations and be skilled in safely lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other lifting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute safe rigging and lifting operations.
- Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other lifting equipment before use.
- Attach and secure loads using appropriate rigging techniques.
- Guide crane operators during lifting and positioning of heavy materials.
- Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions before lifting operations.
- Maintain rigging tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to complete lifting tasks safely.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial projects.
- Good knowledge of lifting equipment, load calculations, and rigging practices.
- Ability to understand lifting plans and follow safety procedures.
- Familiarity with hand signals and communication during crane operations.
- Rigger certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
