Job Description for Sourcing & Closing Manager Key Responsibilities:
● Client Management:
○ Engage with potential clients and provide detailed insights into the project offerings.
○ Build strong rapport with clients to understand their requirements and financial preferences.
○ Guide clients through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
○ Effectively handle price negotiations and close deals within the defined ticket size of ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores.
○ Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed closure targets.
○ Ensure timely execution of sales agreements and documentation.
● Strategic Planning:
○ Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
○ Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.
○ Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to optimize lead conversion.
● Post-Sales Coordination:
○ Manage post-sale activities, including follow-ups on payment schedules and registration.
○ Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closing high-value deals.
- Proven track record of handling ticket sizes ranging from ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
