Key Responsibilities Pharmacy Operations
- Supervise day-to-day functioning of hospital pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescription.
- Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Monitor availability of medicines, surgical items, emergency drugs, and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, including refrigerated and controlled drugs.
Team Supervision
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and support staff.
- Allocate duties and shifts to pharmacy staff.
- Train junior staff on pharmacy procedures, inventory handling, and patient counselling.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
Inventory and Purchase Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Monitor expiry dates, near-expiry stock, and damaged medicines.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers and purchase department.
- Verify inward and outward stock entries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
