Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, offer refreshments, and listen carefully to their needs for weddings, festivals, or daily wear.
- Product Presentation: Showcase gold, diamond, gemstone, or silver jewellery collections and explain pricing, purity, weight, and making charges.
- Store Schemes: Explain and enroll customers in special gold savings schemes or festive offers.
- Stock & Counter Care: Open and arrange display counters safely and accurately count daily opening and closing stock.
- Follow-ups & CRM: Maintain customer records, call leads from walk-ins or exhibitions, and support repeat business or repair updates.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the jewellery, luxury goods, or premium lifestyle sector. Freshers with great communication skills are also welcome.
- Education: High school diploma, PUC, or graduation degree.
- Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills in local languages and English.
- Personality: Confident, well-groomed, polite, and patient.
- Math Skills: Basic numerical skills for weighing and calculating rates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
