ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing marketing agency working with multiple clients across diverse industries. We are looking for a sharp, results-driven SEO Manager who doesn't just understand SEO but understands how AI is reshaping it. You will lead strategy, manage a team, and own performance across multiple client accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute data-backed SEO strategies for multiple client accounts across industries
2. Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and link-building specialists
3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical + on-page SEO audits
4. Manage weekly/monthly client communication and performance reviews
5. Plan and oversee content strategy, internal linking architecture, and backlink campaigns
6. Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation (Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability)
7. Track, analyse, and present SEO performance reports with clear insights and next steps
8. Leverage AI tools to scale content production, automate reporting workflows, and surface insights faster
REQUIREMENTS
1. 3-5 years experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency handling multiple client accounts
2. Strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Familiar with E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and schema mark-up
3. Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
4. Comfortable handling multiple clients, running reporting calls, and translating data into clear business narratives
5. Prior experience managing junior SEO executives, content writers, or outreach specialists in an agency setup
MUST HAVE
AI FLUENCY- We work in a fast-paced, AI-assisted environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to work smarter not just aware of them. Familiarity with the following is expected:
ChatGPT / Claude Surfer SEO AI Jasper / Copy.ai Perplexity AI AI features in Ahrefs & SEMrush Notion AI / ClickUp AI Google SGE awareness
WORK DETAILS
1. 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
2. 10 am - 7 pm
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dwarka Mor Metro Station, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
