Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair PCBs and other equipment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare service reports, daily status reports, and monthly reports.
- Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain service tools and ensure data confidentiality.
- Provide cost estimates and follow up through Odoo.
- Travel and relocate as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of PCB troubleshooting and electronics.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ ITI/B.E./B.Tech/ in Electronics
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
