CEO (Offset Printing Head)
Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai Units Managed: Two Offset Printing & Packaging Units
Position Overview
The CEO will lead and oversee two offset printing and packaging manufacturing units, while operating from the corporate office in Mumbai. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong industry expertise to drive growth, profitability, and innovation across both units.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute long-term business strategies for both units.
- Align unit operations with corporate vision and growth objectives.
- Drive expansion, modernization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Operations Management
- Oversee production, quality, and supply chain across both units.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma practices.
- Monitor KPIs for efficiency, cost optimization, and delivery timelines.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, P&L, and capital investments.
- Ensure profitability and cost competitiveness across units.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Business Development
- Strengthen client relationships and expand market share.
- Explore new product lines and packaging innovations.
- Represent the company in industry forums and trade associations.
- People Leadership
- Lead senior management teams across units.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
- Mentor future leaders and ensure succession planning.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Printing Technology, Packaging, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in offset printing and packaging, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location manufacturing units.
- Strong knowledge of corrugated board specifications, packaging design tolerances, and offset/flexo processes.
- Expertise in ISO standards, SOP training, Lean, and Six Sigma frameworks.
