Experience: 0-3 Years Experience
Education: Under Graduate (12th pass) or Graduate.

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or Marathi language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from provided data/leads
Explain company products and services clearly
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects
Maintain a record of calls and customer details in CRM/software
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call or sales
Handle customer objections effectively
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
