Job Description – Junior Interior Designer (Site Supervisor)
Position: Junior Interior Designer – Site Supervisor
Location: Thane / Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: As per company standards
Key Responsibilities:
Visit project sites regularly and supervise interior execution work.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
Prepare and understand 2D drawings, layout plans, and working drawings.
Take site measurements and maintain project documentation.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines.
Resolve site-related issues and provide regular updates to senior designers and management.
Coordinate with clients during site visits and handle basic project-related queries.
Ensure proper material usage and maintain site safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD and interior working drawings.
Understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate Joiner.
Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
Experience in interior project execution and site management will be an added advantage.
