Job Title: Business Studies & Economics Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies & Economics Teacher to deliver engaging and effective instruction to senior secondary students. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to foster critical thinking and analytical skills among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Economics.
- Develop lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student participation and academic excellence.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular development of students.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in teaching methodologies will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Business Studies and Economics.
- Experience teaching CBSE, ISC, IGCSE, IB, or State Board curriculum is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
