Job Role :
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the Montessori philosophy and possess compassion, patience, and a strong will to bond with and effectively educate children with special needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and B.Ed. (Special Education) or Diploma in Special Education.
- Have a keen interest in working with children with special needs (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Empathetic, compassionate, and eager to help others — open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to any team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma or Master’s degree in any field (education background preferred).
- Looking for candidates who are willing to commit for a longer duration.
- Candidates with a Psychology background who are open to learning Montessori methods are preferred for this role. They should be adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn new things in the Special Educator role.
