Position Title: IT Specialist
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Specialist to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, security, systems administration, communication systems, compliance requirements, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools and practices
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and manage engine tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of firewalls, network security, and IT security practices
- Familiarity with endpoint management / MDM solutions (e.g., enterprise device management platforms)
- Familiarity with IP telephony / PBX / VoIP systems
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices.
- Exposure to IT audits, compliance, and certification support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and providing user support.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
