Assist the Head Chef/Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning menus and food preparation.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train and guide junior cooks and kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen schedules and workflow during service hours.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Step in for the Head Chef when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts (preferred).
- 2–5+ years of kitchen experience (depending on level).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during shifts/weekends.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
Pay: ₹17,530.09 - ₹40,065.10 per month
