Position 1: Project Architect
Experience: 3–5 years
Skills: Strong knowledge of design development and working drawings, experience in coordinating with consultants and site teams, ability to handle projects independently, industrial designing and liaisoning
Position 2: Junior Architect
Experience: 1–3 years
Skills: Good design and drafting skills, knowledge of working drawings and site coordination
Position 3: Architectural Interns
Qualification: Final year / Freshers
Skills: Basic knowledge of drafting and 3D software, willingness to learn and work on live projects
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in industrial and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of statutory liaison, building codes, and development approvals processes for local authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong technical drawing skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to conduct site visits as required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
