Electropath Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Execution Manager for the execution of our MSKVY 2.0 – Tender No. 02 electrical infrastructure works.This is a site-based leadership role for an Electrical Engineer who can take ownership of project execution and drive multiple activities from planning through completion.Key Responsibilities:* Lead day-to-day execution of electrical infrastructure works at project sites.* Plan and monitor 33/11 kV substation, HT line and associated electrical works.* Coordinate civil, electrical, erection, testing and commissioning activities.* Prepare daily/weekly execution plans and ensure achievement of project milestones.* Coordinate with MSEDCL officials, contractors, vendors, site engineers and Head Office.* Monitor availability of drawings, materials, manpower, machinery and other site requirements.* Identify execution bottlenecks and take timely corrective action.* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications and quality requirements.* Monitor contractor/subcontractor productivity and work progress.* Ensure proper measurement and documentation of completed work.* Maintain strict compliance with site safety requirements.* Provide regular progress reporting to management and escalate critical issues without delay.* Take responsibility for timely completion and handover of assigned works.Candidate Profile:* Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.* Prior experience in electrical infrastructure/power distribution projects is required.* Experience in 33/11 kV substations, HT lines, MSEDCL projects, RDSS, MSKVY or similar distribution projects will be strongly preferred.* Should have strong site execution, team handling and coordination capabilities.* Must be willing to work full-time at project sites and travel between sites as required.We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership on site, solving execution problems and driving the project forward rather than only monitoring progress.Company: Electropath Services (India) Pvt.
