Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling & WhatsApp Support Sale Assistant to call students/clients, explain our final year project services, send details on WhatsApp, and do regular follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Call students and clients from given leads
- Explain courses, project, and admission process
- Send details, brochures info on WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested leads regularly
- Maintain lead status in Google Sheet/Excel
- Share daily call and follow-up report
Required Skills
- Good communication in Marathi/Hindi
- Basic English communication
- Confident in phone calling
- Good WhatsApp handling and typing skills
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheet knowledge
- Positive attitude and follow-up discipline
- Excel , Gsheet , Knowledge.
- Chatgpt [optional]
Preferred
- Telecalling, sales, counseling, or customer support experience
- Education/institute calling experience preferred
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
Salary depends on experience and performance.
