Job Overview
We are hiring a Team Leader of a reputative Telesales company to manage and guide a team of sales executives. The role requires strong leadership skills, performance management, and the ability to drive team targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a telesales team to achieve assigned sales targets
- Monitor daily calling activities and ensure productivity standards
- Analyze call performance and improve conversion rates
- Train, mentor, and support team members for better performance
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and performance tracking
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Experience in telesales and team handling roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Interview Process
- Round 1: Telephonic interview
- Round 2: Face-to-face discussion
Additional Information
- Candidates with prior team handling experience will be preferred
