Job Responsibilities
- Handle the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their career requirements.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees and enrolment process clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
- Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales/admission targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Admissions, Counselling, Telecalling or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the Education or BFSI sector will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
