Requirements:
· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience across different age groups (K–12) as an Art & Craft Teacher.
· Experience in planning and conducting school exhibitions, competitions, and art events.
· Proficiency in various media (drawing, painting, sculpture, craft materials)
· Prior work with diverse learners and inclusive art and craft instruction.
· Willingness to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra
· Commitment to continuous professional development in fine arts' and crafts' pedagogy.
· Strong work ethic and high work quality standards
Responsibilities:
· Planning and conducting engaging art and craft lessons across grade levels
· Teaching various techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and paper craft
· Encouraging creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
· Organising art exhibitions, competitions, and classroom displays
· Assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback
· Integrating art activities with academic subjects and school themes
· Maintaining an inventory of art materials and ordering supplies as needed
· Guiding students in developing portfolios for competitions or external displays
· Promoting awareness of cultural and traditional Indian art forms
· Supervising and assisting students during practical sessions
· Collaborating with teachers for school events, backdrops, and decorations
· Keeping records of student participation and achievements
· Creating an inclusive and positive environment for all learners
· Updating oneself with new art trends, tools, and educational techniques
· Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the art room and materials
· Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
· Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leade
