Job Summary
The Banking Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, following up on outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts while maintaining professional customer relationships and compliance with banking regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollection Activities
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails, and field visits (if required) regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding loan, credit card, or EMI payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment schedules with customers.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved within the assigned timeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Address customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment options.
- Assist customers in resolving payment-related issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
