Job Description
- Handling the warehouse department responsible for all warehouse activities.
- Maintain all inward and outward records as per SOP.
- Maintain stock records of controlled substances as per the government act.
- Computerised accounting operations, including inward and issuance of material entries in software.
- Physical stock verification every quarter.
- To keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Maintain internal and external instrument calibration records.
- To assist and support the external auditor for physical stock verification and required documents every year.
- Purchase order preparation in the software system.
- To maintain track records of material indent, purchase order, and receipt.
- Procurement of Laboratory chemicals, equipment, columns, USP & Reference standards, and all consumable items.
- Maintenance of cost analysis report for all departments as per purchase order.
- Coordination with the finance department for submission of purchase invoices as well as maintaining the payment release cycle for all purchase items
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Word and Excel
Education Qualification & Experience:
Any graduate with 2- 3 years of experience of working with pharmaceutical company.
knowledge of computer is must.
