We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated MD Pathologist to join our growing diagnostic laboratory team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in clinical pathology, Serology, hematology and laboratory quality management with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely reports.
Location: Dera Bassi, SAS Nagar, Punjab
Position: MD Pathologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and interpretation of Histopathology, Serology, Hematology and Clinical Pathology cases
- Review and validate laboratory test results
- Ensure NABL/quality standards compliance and lab protocols
- Supervise lab technicians and technical staff
- Maintain accuracy, TAT and quality control procedures
- Provide clinical consultation to doctors and healthcare teams
- Monitor equipment calibration and quality assurance programs
Requirements:
- MD/DNB in Pathology (Mandatory)
- Valid Medical Registration
- 2–5+ years of diagnostic laboratory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lab accreditation standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
