Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor at SkillsBee, you will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding candidates on suitable courses, and converting leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and a target-driven approach to achieve enrollment goals while ensuring a positive and professional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins)
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career paths
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain conversion pipeline
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Coordinate with marketing/sales team for lead flow
- Support students throughout the admission process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and counseling ability
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of education/training industry (preferred)
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
