About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and modern-thinking Social Media & Digital Growth Team Lead to lead our complete digital team and build strong brand visibility for the company.
The candidate should be capable of handling and guiding a team consisting of:
- Graphic Designers
- Digital Marketing Executives
- Video Editors
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media growth, lead generation, branding, performance marketing, content strategy, and modern digital tools. The person should be able to develop business through creative digital campaigns and strategic online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete digital marketing and social media team
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across platforms
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and online marketing
- Create brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team for content execution
- Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Run paid campaigns and analyze campaign performance
- Track digital marketing KPIs, lead conversions, and ROI
- Develop creative ideas to improve business growth using social media
- Stay updated with modern digital trends, AI tools, and marketing technologies
- Ensure timely delivery of social media posts, videos, creatives, and campaigns
- Build strong online presence and customer relationships through digital platforms
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing & Digital Branding
- Knowledge of Lead Generation strategies
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of content marketing and viral marketing strategies
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies
- Excellent communication and business development mindset
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
