Lead enterprise AI/GenAI training programs to build scalable talent capability. Drive AI adoption through curriculum design, hands-on delivery, and trainer enablement aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led trainings on AI, GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI
Design structured learning paths (foundation advanced) and develop course content
Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to scale instructor base
Drive AI capability building and adoption across business units
Track learning effectiveness (feedback, completion, impact)
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define training programs
Embed Responsible AI and governance principles in all trainings
Skills Required
Strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG
Hands-on experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, LangChain)
Proven training, facilitation, and curriculum design capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

8–12+ years overall experience
3–5+ years in AI/GenAI training or development
