Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with office administration and data entry tasks.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
