*Role Summary:*
The Assistant Account Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for handling core finance operations including accounts payable & receivable, financial reporting, statutory compliance, treasury activities, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage accounts payable processes including timely vendor payments and documentation
Perform ledger scrutiny and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
Support monthly book closure and preparation of:
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statements
Ensure timely GST and TDS filings along with statutory compliance
Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances
Track loan repayments and treasury activities
Verify agreements and ensure compliance before processing payments, including related-party transactions
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure audit readiness
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
*Required Qualifications:*
Chartered Accountant (CA)
1–2 years of post-qualification experience preferred
Candidates with industry exposure will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as a CA
OR
3–5 years of Articleship experience
*Skills & Competencies:*
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with:
Tally
MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure error-free financial processes
