About the Role
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food as per brand standards, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Refill stock, condiments, packaging materials, and other restaurant supplies.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support opening and closing restaurant operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales and service targets.
- Assist in inventory handling and minimize product wastage.
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines at all times.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in a QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
