Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Execution Department by ensuring smooth coordination of daily service operations. The primary responsibility is to allocate service locations to technicians/service providers, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure all assigned work is completed on time with proper coordination between teams and clients.
This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Execution Department Support
- Assist the Execution Department in daily operational activities.
- Coordinate between service providers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Service Provider Allocation
- Assign locations and service jobs to appropriate technicians/service providers.
- Ensure proper route planning and efficient allocation based on availability and workload.
- Maintain balanced job distribution among service providers.
Time & Schedule Management
- Prepare and manage daily work schedules.
- Ensure technicians reach locations on time and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Track delays, reschedule appointments when necessary, and minimize operational downtime.
Work Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Follow up on pending jobs and completion status.
- Ensure work quality and customer satisfaction after service completion.
- Coordinate emergency or urgent service requests efficiently.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with field staff and customers.
- Update management on daily operations and execution reports.
- Keep accurate records of job assignments, attendance, and task completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of scheduling and operational planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, WhatsApp coordination, etc.).
- Experience in operations, logistics, field coordination, or service management is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
