Job Title: Operations Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead and oversee the overall operations of a hospitality property. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain service quality, manage large teams, and drive efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel/resort operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
- Supervise and manage staff performance across departments
- Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency
- Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize operational performance
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
- Experience managing 150+ rooms and 100+ staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
