- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial B2B segment.
- Generate leads and convert them into business through field sales.
- Handle direct sales under the end-user sales model.
- Meet production plants, factories, engineering companies, OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial B2B field sales.
- Experience in the end-user sales model is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike are mandatory
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
