Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Executive who is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company’s Ayurvedic products, including hair oils and other health and wellness products. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong distribution networks, increasing brand visibility, and establishing long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. The position plays a key role in promoting natural and Ayurvedic solutions in a competitive consumer market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ayurvedic hair oils and wellness products
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and pharmacies
- Expand market reach by onboarding new dealers and channel partners
- Promote products through field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and brand-building activities
- Monitor stock availability, order processing, and supply chain coordination
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of Ayurvedic products, especially hair care and wellness products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Recruitment and Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, Ayurvedic, or wellness product industries
- Experience in handling distributor networks and retail channels will be an advantage
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may also be considered
- Willingness to travel extensively for market development and client meetings
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
