About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Lead to plan, implement, and monitor projects across assigned locations. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, government departments, and partners.
- Ensure project delivery as per scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with project guidelines and donor requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and utilization certificates.
- Identify risks, resolve implementation issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead and mentor project teams at the field level.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Post-graduate degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Experience in stakeholder and government liaison.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in CSR-funded projects (education, infrastructure, livelihood, or community development).
- Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and donor reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
