We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Mentor to provide expert mentorship and guidance to students preparing for the CPA US (Certified Public Accountant) exam. As a mentor, you will play a pivotal role in helping students navigate their exam preparation journey by offering clear explanations, effective strategies, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Mentorship:
- Deliver engaging and structured mentorship covering core subjects for CPA US exams.
- Conduct one-on-one or group mentoring sessions based on the individual needs of students.
- Administer mock tests, practice exams, and provide regular evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Offer tailored study plans, time management techniques, and stress management strategies for effective exam preparation.
Curriculum Support:
- Create class notes and learning resources to simplify complex topics for students.
- Perform quality control (QC) of class notes and learning resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating course materials to reflect the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
- Stay updated on changes in professional standards, exam formats, and exam requirements for CPA US qualification.
Exam-Related Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare exam questions that reflect the core content and patterns of CPA US exam.
- Correct and grade student exam papers, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and assessments to ensure student readiness for final exams.
Student Guidance:
- Provide guidance on managing exam pressure, maintaining motivation, and optimizing performance.
- Offer mentorship on potential career paths and opportunities after CPA US qualification.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency and quality in course content and delivery.
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and contribute to program improvements.
- Provide regular updates on student performance and progress to the management team, promptly addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Part Qualified in CPA US is required.
- Proven experience in mentoring or teaching students for CPA US exam.
- Strong understanding of the CPA US syllabus, exam patterns, and relevant updates.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
Pay: ₹14,923.02 - ₹96,363.62 per month
