Job Title: Digital Brand & Visual Designer

Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile Digital Brand & Visual Designer who can drive the visual identity of our company across marketing, social media, and video content. This role focuses strongly on creative design, branding, graphics, and video production.
While the primary focus is on brand and content design, having a basic understanding of UI/UX principles or tools like Figma will be an added advantage when collaborating with the product team.
You are the right fit if you can design engaging creatives, think visually, and bring ideas to life through graphics and videos.
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Marketing Design
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and presentations.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity (typography, colors, layouts, and style).
- Create creative assets for campaigns, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful branding across platforms.
2. Social Media & Video Production
- Conceptualise and design engaging social media posts, stories, and carousels.
- Edit and produce videos such as Reels, promotional videos, product highlights, and culture clips.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations to improve engagement.
- Support marketing campaigns with creative video and visual content.
3. Creative & Visual Direction
- Bring new creative ideas for content, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand tone and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into strong visuals.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in video editing (Reels, short-form, and long-form content).
- Understanding of social media design trends and formats.
Good to Have (Plus Point)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience collaborating with product or development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or multimedia design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphics, social media creatives, and videos.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks.
