Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding processes, and new-hire orientations.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act) and manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives and team-building events to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Grievance Handling: Resolve employee issues and maintain a high standard of workplace relations.
- Reporting: Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and personnel documentation. [1]
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven corporate HR experience.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office and standard HRMS/HR software
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
