As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the face of CyBiz Academy for prospective students and professionals across Kerala. Your primary role is to engage with leads, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right certification program. This is a high-impact role combining consultative sales, relationship building, and career counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Conversion: Actively call, engage, and follow up with prospective students and working professionals who have inquired about our courses.
● Career Counseling: Conduct detailed profiling of candidates to understand their educational/professional background and recommend the ideal Cybiz Academy program.
● Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage daily leads, update interaction histories, and track pipelines using our internal CRM system.
● Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment milestones to drive the new branch's growth.
● Brand Ambassadorship: Provide accurate, highly professional details regarding course curricula, batches and career outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
● Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience as an Academic Counsellor, Educational Consultant, or inside sales professional (experience in professional accounting, IT training or study-abroad academies is a major plus).
● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Ability to articulate value clearly over the phone and in person.
● Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern CRM systems for tracking leads and managing daily operations.
● Attributes: High energy, empathy, active listening skills, and a strong result-oriented mindset.
